I don't think that I have something to complain about **What problems is FlowHCM solving and how is that benefiting you?** Payroll : We were at manual payroll and had the whole accounts department for it.Its safe to say that now we only have FLOW HCM ! ### 2. One standout feature that I particularly appreciate is its flexibility in recording attendance. For instance, the ability to sign out and then resume attendance later in the same day is a highly useful function, adding a level of convenience to our daily operations. **What do you dislike about FlowHCM?** I find the attendance approval request feature somewhat challenging. When I've requested leave for a specific day, it remains in the 'Missing Entry' section, creating confusion about whether the approval request has been submitted or not.
