# Which fleet management consulting firms do customers recommend for delivering measurable ROI within six months?

“Stopping a loss” is a useful way to frame the six-month target. I’d ask the consultant to identify the first three leaks they expect to close and set a dollar baseline for each before the engagement starts. Otherwise, six months later, it’s surprisingly easy to call normal cost fluctuation “ROI.”
