Flowella turns forms into native WhatsApp Flows: interactive, multi-step forms that customers complete without leaving WhatsApp. Instead of sending people to a web page they may never finish, Flowella delivers the form inside the chat and returns clean, structured data to the systems you already use. There are no endpoints to host, no encryption to configure and no code to write for the core integrations. Select a form, map the fields and publish. Flowella's API lets you connect WhatsApp Flows to any CRM, marketing platform or internal system, so you can trigger flows and templates and receive completed submissions wherever your data needs to go. For HubSpot users, Flowella is a native app on the HubSpot Marketplace. Completed flows land as native HubSpot form submissions, so existing workflows, lead scoring and reporting fire unchanged, and it works on every HubSpot tier, including Free and Starter. Teams use Flowella for event registration, lead capture, enrolment, bookings and customer feedback, sending approved WhatsApp templates at scale and branching on structured replies. Pricing is per conversation with no per-user fees, and Meta's WhatsApp delivery charges are passed through at cost with no markup. We're extending Flowella with further integrations, native forms and automation, so teams can build and run WhatsApp journeys directly in Flowella.
