Not a lot of clicking, waiting or figuring out if I am doing things correctly. **What do you dislike about Now Flock Benefits Administration?** There is not anything I could pick out that I would change. If I was forced to choose one, I'd say add some more color; however, that is being overly picky. **Recommendations to others considering Now Flock Benefits Administration:** I imagine many other sites are challenging to navigate, whereas Flock is not. Simple for all levels of staff and always seems to be up to date and on target. For the price my company is paying for this service, it seems to be worth every cent. **What problems is Now Flock Benefits Administration solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use the website regularly to review my medical expense FSA and reimbursements. I keep a close eye on that so I can't be "to the penny" at the end of the year. Because of how often I am looking at this stuff, the time taken is negligible as I can get in, check out what is necessary, make any adjustments needed, and get out as quickly as possible. This gives our employees one area for summary of HR policies, training, and benefits, process requirements. The system works smoothly and the IT support is very strong and interactive. When changes in HR benefits change, this is a great tool for implementing and communicating those changes **What do you dislike about Now Flock Benefits Administration?** Nothing - it's very easy to use and very intuitive. At the end it sends you a very easy email to view all of the benefits that an employee has chosen, and a breakdown of the amount to be deducted. It also allows you to attach reference documents and other pertinent information from the carriers. In order to streamline our processes I am able to enter information into Flock which will then send the information to the carriers. So I no longer need to use five different portals for employee's but instead can use one. **What do you dislike about Now Flock Benefits Administration?** So far all aspects have been great in Flock. I am currently learning how to customize reports, but so far it seems pretty intuitive, by just using the click box features. **What problems is Now Flock Benefits Administration solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cutting down on paperwork and streamlining our process for overall efficiency. ### 37. It has really become a non issue for us because of our partnership with Flock. Also, they continue to enhance the experience on the system Enhacements are added regularly both on the admin and broker side. Setting up plans is fairly simple. I was a little hesitant. One of the check list items, email signature setup, I was not sure about as I had not started my email account. In setting up several clients with them, they have gone overboard to make the transition a smooth as possible. The offer letters for prospective new hires looks professional for attracting new talent. **What do you dislike about Now Flock Benefits Administration?** A couple of forms not supported but staff is working to get as much as possible done for us. Often products like this are over-thought and try to do too much without giving consideration to industries that don't fit the norms. Mostly minor items that aren't real hurdles. 1, wish employee tasks could have an expiration or time-out feature.
