Possibility to customade reports are highly valuable. It is easy and intuitive, and can be made completely without programming experience. In generel FlexNet is intuitive and built as an "easy to use" solution. **What do you dislike about FlexNet Manager?** We experience some disruptance and some data which does not always match. Also the setup and implementation is very timeconsuming and needs to be programmed to your needs. I prefer a solution that is more "out of the box" as it decreases errors and makes future upgrades and maintenance less complicated. **What problems is FlexNet Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** FlexNet replaced an already existing SAM tool. The benefits of FlexNet compared to previous tool is mainly report generation. ### 2.
