**What do you like best about InsightHub?**

Insight hub capturing all events and actions from behind into UI and providing multiple actions aside to providing 360 degrees view of platform
it is able to alert and send ticket creation capability by connecting with my ticketing software

**What do you dislike about InsightHub?**

unable to capture process logs and memory leaks garbage collection metrics efficiently

**What problems is InsightHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monitoring  and alerting when ever cluster file share or dependent

**What do you like best about InsightHub?**

I liked that it was super robust and everything was centralized, especially all the in-house tools, like the survey platform.

**What do you dislike about InsightHub?**

The UI could have been prettier, more updated.

**What problems is InsightHub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve the problem of getting quick access to customers and their feedback. This benefits me as a user researcher in that it helps me provide a voice of the customer to the rest of the business.
