**What do you like best about flexEngage?**

The power of the ereceipt content and the ability to use it as a tool to engage customers.

**What do you dislike about flexEngage?**

I have yet to come across anything I don't like about the company.

**What problems is flexEngage solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customers who don't want a printed copy now have an option to have their receipt available in a different format. The obvious benefits are the ability to advertise additional products or promotions to the customer.
