Fixlastmile facilitates route optimization by taking into account relevant parameters like traffic conditions or delivery slots, in an effort to deliver on time and without taking much time of the drivers’. **What do you dislike about Fixlastmile?** Ways to integrate fixlastmile with existing one contain weak link options and possibilities to integrate with WMS. Information transfer from the deliveries platform to inputting it into the database involves copying, and this takes a lot of time. **What problems is Fixlastmile solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fixlastmile alleviates a large portion of the first-mile last-mile delivery process to a large extent, cutting down time as well as costs. The automated route optimization and real-time tracking let us create an efficient schedule for delivering our products and change it depending on the traffic situation. **What do you dislike about Fixlastmile?** The estimated delivery times (ETAs) can be stated as uncertain. I have realised that differences occur especially when adding time estimates for unpredicted circumstances such as a closed road or a problematic parking space. **What problems is Fixlastmile solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fixlastmile is a one-stop-solution for many of the time-consuming affairs linked to last-mile delivery planning and operation. A real-time tracking of the driver and resources allocated make it easier to track our driver’s performance as well as reroute them if needed. **What do you dislike about Fixlastmile?** I feel that there is some discrepancy from time to time, especially with Fixlastmile’s Proof-of-Delivery (POD) feature. The electronic signature capture or photo verification features stop working and delivery confirmations are either missing or not complete. **What problems is Fixlastmile solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fixlastmile is a software application that allows automating many of the manual processes relating to the planning and execution of last-mile deliveries.
