FIS is a highly complex software that has many uses. Our banking corporation uses FIS as our core system. 

**What do you dislike about FIS APT?**

Some reports are a little outdated and not easily obtainable. 

**Recommendations to others considering FIS APT:**

**What problems is FIS APT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bookkeeping for our corporation.

**What do you like best about FIS APT?**

FIS helps connect the different areas of our banking company together to share information.

**What do you dislike about FIS APT?**

Because of how much we have customized it, it has many glitches and errors and it is very hard to get problems resolved.

**What problems is FIS APT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps streamline customer accounts across the bank, from front end interactions to behind the scenes record keeping.
