**What do you like best about Astalty?**

What I like best is how seamless and practical the platform is for everyday field work. The login process is always fast and completely hassle-free when you are out on the road. The built-in features are exactly what support workers actually need to save time. The proactive reminders make sure you never forget to clock in or out of a shift, and the automated KM calculator completely eliminates manual travel logging by figuring out distances instantly from your odometer readings. It puts scheduling, roster tracking, and shift confirmation into one highly reliable, user-friendly portal.

**What do you dislike about Astalty?**

The availability module could use some improvement. At the moment, it’s geared more toward logging when you’re unavailable to work. It would be much clearer and more straightforward if the system simply asked for your availability directly instead.

**What problems is Astalty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Astalty solves the massive headache of manual, scattered administration that usually eats up a support worker's day. Before, tracking kilometres meant dealing with manual spreadsheets, and forgetting to log shift times was a constant issue. Astalty fixes this by centralising everything into one portal, providing automatic KM calculations from odometer entries, and sending smart clock-in and clock-out reminders so nothing slips through the cracks.

This benefits me directly by drastically cutting down the time I spend on paperwork and timesheet corrections. Because logging shifts, tracking travel, and confirming my availability is now so fast and straightforward, I have regained valuable time. It completely removes the administrative stress from my routine, allowing me to focus my full energy on delivering quality, meaningful care to my clients.

**What do you like best about Astalty?**

In my role as NDIS specialist support coordinator & team leader, I have found Astalty is easy to use and intuitive. I find it easy to teach to new users and it enables providers to keep all records and documents in one system that can be accessed by other team members when required, rather than on personal desktops.  I like the reports that give an easy overview of the team's billables, missing records, etc.  I like the funding tracking, which is critical

**What do you dislike about Astalty?**

There have been a few glitches where Astaly has reflected the wrong funding amount, but this has been limited.

**What problems is Astalty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using Astalty CRM within our business and have found it to be an excellent platform for managing client information, service delivery, and day to day operations.

The system is user-friendly and intuitive, making it easy for staff to navigate and complete tasks efficiently. The layout is clear, and the workflows support effective case management without being overly complex.

Astalty has streamlined these processes by providing a single location for managing participants, tracking actions, recording progress notes, and monitoring service delivery.

**What do you like best about Astalty?**

What I like best about Astalty is the combination of simplicity and functionality. It is easy to use, intuitive, and designed around the real-world needs of NDIS providers. The participant management, reporting, case notes, document storage, Xero integration, and e-signature features all work seamlessly together. The customer support is outstanding—quick to respond, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Astalty helps reduce administration time while providing excellent visibility over participant budgets, staff utilisation, and business performance.

**What do you dislike about Astalty?**

The forms builder could be more intuitive for first-time users, although it is very powerful once you become familiar with it.

**What problems is Astalty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Astalty solves the challenge of managing participant records, case notes, reporting, invoicing, compliance, and document management across multiple systems. By bringing everything into one platform, it reduces administration time, improves efficiency, and makes information easy to find. The reporting tools help me monitor participant budgets and staff utilisation, while the Xero integration streamlines invoicing. This allows me to spend less time on administration and more time supporting participants.

**What do you like best about Astalty?**

Astalty is so easy to use, the integration with Xero is so helpful and seamless. The program is reliable and each aspect of the program seems to work quickly. While pricing sits on the higher side for me with all of the monthly subscriptions, the program is second to none and the support that is offered is amazing.

**What do you dislike about Astalty?**

The budgeting tab doesn’t quite work the way I need it to, so we still have to keep a separate spreadsheet for each participant. I can see how it could be helpful for a provider of direct supports who doesn’t need to track all the details in a participant’s plan, but for our purposes it’s a bit lacking and doesn’t capture all the information we need.

We use this for our case noting requirements. So simple to use!

It is incredibly intuitive, making day-to-day tasks much more efficient and reducing the time spent navigating complex processes. The layout is clear and user-friendly, which makes onboarding and ongoing use seamless for both new and experienced staff.

The app doesn’t currently allow multiple pages to be open at once, which can slow things down a bit—so I tend to use it on a browser instead, where I can have multiple tabs open.

What I appreciate most is how straightforward everything is — it just makes sense. It’s helped streamline my day-to-day work and cut down on unnecessary admin, so I can focus more on supporting the people I work with.

The standout feature of Astalty is the sheer efficiency of its automated workflows. The ability to embed a referral form that automatically generates a participant profile—and then use templates to produce a service agreement in minutes—is a total game-changer. It is a true all-in-one solution that manages everything from Clinical and SIL services to complex SCHADS award scheduling without the typical administrative headaches. The interface is clean and intuitive, meaning my team could hit the ground running without needing an "encyclopedia" to understand how it works.

**What do you dislike about Astalty?**

Honestly, there isn't much to fault. If I had to pick something, it would simply be the learning curve involved in keeping up with their rapid innovation; they release new features and improvements at a rate I’ve never experienced with any other software. While it's a massive positive, you definitely want to stay on top of their updates to make sure you’re taking full advantage of all the new tools they constantly roll out.

Astalty solves the headache of administrative sprawl by pulling everything into one fast, reliable system. It cuts out the manual grind of onboarding—taking you from a web referral to a signed service agreement in minutes—while the intuitive design means your team doesn't need a manual just to log progress notes or check a schedule.
It also takes the stress out of compliance and payroll. With "audit-ready" tracking and built-in SCHADS award logic, it handles the complex math and record-keeping that usually lead to errors. Having a local support team and constant feature updates means you aren't just fighting with software; you're actually getting time back to focus on your participants.

Great software! It’s super easy to use and has amazing features. I personally love the templates and the records feature—both make my job so much easier, and keeping records up to date is really simple.

I wish there were a feature on a participant’s main profile page that lets you quickly and clearly view the funding periods in their current NDIS plan.

**What do you like best about Astalty?**

As a Support Coordinator, I've found Astalty to be an excellent tool for case noting, client management, and billing. It's incredibly easy to navigate, provides a great snapshot of each participant through well-populated client profiles, and allows resources to be attached directly to records. The e-signature functionality through DocuSign is a huge time saver, and the integrations with Xero and DocuSign work seamlessly. Billing, funding utilisation, and documentation are all easily accessible, making day-to-day work much more efficient. The customer support is also outstanding whenever assistance is needed.

**What do you dislike about Astalty?**

There is very little I dislike about Astalty. Occasionally, it can take a little time to locate a specific function if you're unfamiliar with it, but the quick guides and responsive support team make resolving any questions easy.

**What problems is Astalty solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Astalty has solved many of the administrative challenges associated with Support Coordination by bringing case management, billing, document management, funding tracking, and client information into one central platform. Instead of using multiple systems, I can easily access participant profiles, record case notes, monitor budget utilisation, generate documents with e-signatures, and manage billing in one place. This has significantly reduced administrative time, improved accuracy, and allowed me to spend more time supporting participants rather than managing paperwork. The platform has made my workflow more efficient, increased productivity, and given me confidence that participant information and funding can be accessed quickly whenever needed.
