**What do you like best about Firstlines?**

The interface is incredibly clean and intuitive. I've tried Waalaxy and Expandi before, but they felt overwhelming with too many settings. With Firstlines, campaigns are easy to implement with either connection requests or messages. I use it practically every day since the "Unified Inbox" is also a lifesaver. I can manage replies directly in the app. Plus the customer support team is really nice!

**What do you dislike about Firstlines?**

It doesn't have thousands of integrations yet. I'd love to see a native HubSpot integration in the future.

**What problems is Firstlines solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me scale my network consistently. Firstlines keeps the outreach running in the background at a safe pace, ensuring I have a steady stream of new connections every single week.

The simplicity. It does exactly what is advertised : automate my LinkedIn outreach

Honestly, nothing. It's cheap, it works. Nothing to complain about.

**What problems is Firstlines solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allowed me to automate (and organize into campaigns!) my LinkedIn messages, something I was doing manually before and that was very time consuming.
