**Describe the project or task Inbound Marketing helped with:**

The entire Firesnap team/experience is beyond exceptional. They've done a wonderful job with filling gaps and helping improve/tweak our HubSpot platform to run far more optimally. They are VERY customer-centric and work hard to ensure their customer's needs are met. Like HubSpot, they are constantly listening, learning, adjusting, adapting and improving. In the e-Marketing world, these traits are essential to being successful, and they thrive in all areas. We're SO happy we moved forward with Firesnap and look forward to a great partnership. Thank you, Firesnap, and keep up the great work.

**What do you like best about Inbound Marketing?**

They are 100$% adaptable to your needs. There's so much to say about the Firesnap team. Mostly, they are very knowledgeable, amiable, and flexible.

**What do you dislike about Inbound Marketing?**

I thought about this long and hard. The only thing I don't like about Firesnap is they use .net and not .com for their website and for their emails. However, this is ticky-tack and there's not much they can do about it. I've adapted now, so no biggie, but that's about all I could come up with as a "dislike."

**Recommendations to others considering Inbound Marketing:**

This isn't just the future of marketing, it's the present way of marketing. If you're not moving forward with Inbound Marketing, there's a good chance you'll be left behind.
