It's also very handy at summarizing and prioritizing action items. **What do you dislike about Fireflies.ai?** When in hybrid meetings, Fireflies.ai is unable to distinguish accurately between speakers who aren't on Zoom or Teams. I am not sure this is something that can be resolved. **What problems is Fireflies.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** Fireflies.ai solves the problem of taking notes during meetings. When Fireflies.ai is in a meeting, my concentration on the meeting content is amplified. ### 43. It´s much better than recording the meeting, as you have to transcribe it afterwards. Compared to other options I´ve seen, Fireflies take notes as if it was a human.
