**What do you like best about Fire Package?**

My department has found your software very easy to use. The reports are amazing for stats. 

**What do you dislike about Fire Package?**

My only recommendation would be the single fax feature to hospital and the ability to complete report in field despite internet. Not really a issue for our department as we carry hotspots.

**What problems is Fire Package solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stats are very important to me and the reports are right on target. I can even request a special report if needed for small fee. No missing reports and billing is very accurate now. We were losing reports before.
