**What do you like best about fintechOS?**

For simple use-cases it shortens the development cycle and you can release new flows really fast. I like the fact that it integrates several technology providers (such as OCR, videocall, digital signature) and hides quite well the complexity of those integrations.

**What do you dislike about fintechOS?**

The "centralized code in the database" design makes it difficult to work collaboratively (on the same scripts) once the dev team becomes really large. The deployment procedure becomes a nightmare and is a big source of wasted time and bugs. This is especially true in the version that I am using  (V20). 
This version also has some some serious performance issues in several libraries/scripts.

**What problems is fintechOS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us shorten the time-to-market for new digital flows. In our team, we are able to release a new digital flow to production in about 1 month, which is really fast compared to other traditional technologies.

It's plug and play. No lengthy configuration, they take care of everything. It's banking in a box.

**What do you dislike about fintechOS?**

It'd be helpful if they had more modules for the backoffice

It's great for all the stages of the customer interaction
