Member onboarding, QR check-ins, class scheduling, and payments all work together smoothly, so day-to-day operations feel more streamlined. The interface is fast and clean, even during peak hours. I also really like how easy it is to pull up a complete member profile and see attendance, payments, and bookings all in one view. **What do you dislike about Finegym?** Some of the more advanced reporting views took me a little time to fully understand at first. Notification customization is very powerful, but there are so many options that it does require some upfront setup to get everything the way I want. **What problems is Finegym solving and how is that benefiting you?** FineGym solved our biggest problem: we were spending far too much time on manual admin work. Check-ins are quicker, billing is automated, and class capacity is finally under control.
