What do you like best about FindRecruiter?

FindRecruiter team surely put in lots of effort to bring in diverse clients and valid roles. Also love the live brief session - it allows recruiters to know every details about the clients which is very helpful with the search. What problems is FindRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like how the platform kept improving in terms of user interfaces and functions etc. Love it when they show the activeness of the clients and how many placements was made thru FR - helps us to define the roles placability! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are an employer looking for a platform to engage and manage your recruiters better and get more productive, findrecruiter.com is the one to go.

What problems is FindRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a freelance recruiter, I often struggle to find new clients. FindRecruiter has offered me some great opportunities to connect with a wide variety of clients, resulting in quick placements.

The platform provides employers with a thorough presentation of their hiring roles, including information such as the employer company page, reporting structure of the role, required travel frequency, and benefit and career growth opportunities, in addition to a job description.

The entire recruitment process is managed on the platform, and real-time alerts/notifications have been very helpful in keeping me informed of my candidate's progress, such as when an HR or hiring manager reviews a CV or requests an interview.

In my opinion, this is the most innovative way to get recruitment done through recruiters. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
