A recent feature that has been added is the ability to switch between Production, Development, and Test test environments from an icon link at the top of the page--a simple, but very useful improvment. As we build integrations, to other systems, we have not a had a limitation on the files.com side. Every time we have been able to do exactly what we've needed... all the protocols were available. Automations made managing the files easy. Overall easy to use, available, well supported when issues arise. **What do you dislike about Files.com?** At this point, I cannot think of any downside to using Files.com. The platform has provided everything we need. **What problems is Files.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** The largest and most important problem that Files.com is solving for us is enabling integration between our many internal and external systems. We had been using FTP with our ERP (Sage X3) for years to connect to external systems, but never had the need to provide file sharing from our side. Within a couple days of contacting, we had our account and services provisioned and our client was picking up daily files by the end of the same week. The CLI for Files.com has totally streamlined the process for sending/receiving files from our ERP to customers and a variety of connected systems (CRM, E-Commerce, Credit Card Processing, etc.) **What do you dislike about Files.com?** So far we have not come across any dislikes, as the system works better than expected and modernizes our ability to share and exchange files. **What problems is Files.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Connecting Sage X3 via FTP was possible before Files.com, but it required creating batch files for each connection needed for specific needs. With the use of Files.com we were able to create a library of functions within Sage X3 to leverage the Files.com CLI, which has extended the functionality of our ERP with a few lines of code that can be re-used for multiple connections. ### 11. We also use files.com to send Cisco router backups and this has helped us in recovery situations quickly. It is very easy to use, easy to implement, and support is very quick to solve any issues we have faced, even though we have not had very many. **What do you dislike about Files.com?** I have not personally ran in to anything I do not like. **What problems is Files.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have several customers that are not willing or cant use office365 products (sharepoint, teams, etc) and files.com is the bridge that allows them to send us and receive from us data that is vital on our operations. It's so easy to read and navigate through a document compared to the previous managed file transfer platform I used. Files.com also allows for using the most secure form of two factor authentication such as a Yubikey. This is huge especially these days when cyber hacking is a big problem. It gives me peace of mind knowing my sensitive files are as secure as possible. **What do you dislike about Files.com?** Since I'm new to the platform, there will be a learning curve to figuring out how to best utilize all the extra features included in my basic Files.com subscription. It has been around for a number of years and most of the issues have been ironed out and the user interface and feature set works well and is quite comprehensive. We barely use more than 20% of the features available, but it is good to know they are available if needed. Uptime is pretty good and any outages are communicated well with RCA provided on any major ones. **What do you dislike about Files.com?** It is a bit expensive for what we do with it. As mentioned we don't use the full power of the product. It takes forever to load a single bucket. We have millions of recordings and do not want to move this archived AWS S3 data to another location. **What problems is Files.com solving and how is that benefiting you?** Currently files.com is used to search for call recordings by a small subset of our business.
