**What do you like best about File Request Pro?**

It performs just as its competitors when the thing is file sharing. It is simple and easy to use. Custom branding is what makes the difference, it can serve the purposes to maintain the brand identity. The price is affordable as well.

**What do you dislike about File Request Pro?**

The website can be deemed mobile friendly but a dedicated app would have helped much better. Each plan has a limited storage quota which may be limiting for those who do not fancy limits.

**What problems is File Request Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows businesses and organisations to collect secure data and files from stakeholders and customers. Can be integrated with most popular apps.
