I am very impressed with FigsFlow on with volume of pre-built templates for all of our accountancy services and also up to date with regulatory changes such as MTD. **What do you dislike about FigsFlow?** I didn’t like that they don’t yet have Xero integration which is essential for our billing. They have said they will have this ready and live by May-25 – I hope so. Otherwise, this will be big thing for us. **What problems is FigsFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** I was using GoProposal before – but I was frustrated by lack of any updates in any of services within the software. We had to spend hours of our time to create service schedules & pricing template for specific services such as MTD, share capital reduction, ID verification, etc. FigsFlow has ready-made service templates for 100% of accountancy, tax & cosec services we offer which is great and saves us hundreds of hours of time. ### 2. It is easy to setup and use - has pre-built templates for ACCA. The good think we like about the software is that it is easier to edit and make changes in each proposal and engagement letter as per client needs. Another feature that was really helpful was when sending proposal for multiple inviduals and companies, it generates one proposal but multiple engagement letter to each entity and person as required by ACCA. This saved lots of time for single proposal for same family members and group companies. **What do you dislike about FigsFlow?** It lacks fee alignment feature and also upsell option. **What problems is FigsFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automaticing geration proposal and engagement letter for our clients that are compliant with our regulator ACCA. Auto calculation of the fees with advanced cacluation feature is also helped us save hours of time. ### 3. We have templates, but each client want something to change which can be done instantly in FigsFlow. Also, the software is extremely fast. **What do you dislike about FigsFlow?** Bult pricing update feature not available which would be useful when we want to increase our price by say 5% accross the board **What problems is FigsFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are digital accountancy firm and wanted proposal/engagement letter software which can cater all kinds of services from regular compliance such as accouts and tax return to special job like no win no fee kinds of tax work.
