FieldFuze is a complete field service management platform built by contractors, for contractors. It gives service businesses everything they need to run their operations — scheduling & dispatching, invoicing & estimates, fleet management with route optimization, inventory tracking, customer management, GPS-verified time tracking, and digital contract signing — all at $0/month with no per-user fees, no setup fees, and no contracts. Unlike competitors like ServiceTitan ($398+/mo), Jobber ($39+/mo + per-user fees), and Housecall Pro ($59+/mo), FieldFuze has no monthly subscription and no feature gates. Every user gets access to every feature, including QuickBooks two-way sync, EagleView aerial measurement integration, and GoHighLevel CRM integration. FieldFuze makes money through a 2.9% payment processing fee that gets passed to the end customer — the same rate most businesses already pay through Stripe or Square. Contractors keep 100% of their job revenue. The platform works on web, iOS, and Android with 24/7 human support. It serves roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fencing, painting, landscaping, pest control, cleaning, and general contracting businesses of any size. **What do you like best about FieldFuze?**

I use FieldFuze to operate my entire roofing business, and it has been invaluable. One of the biggest problems it solves is professional estimate building. The ease of seeing live, up-to-date, accurate pricing from my QXO branch right in their system without manually updating inventory or price books is a huge time saver. My favorite feature of FieldFuze is their professional payment systems, which allows me to build an estimate, get a signature approving work, and easily request a payment. Customers can conveniently pay through ACH, credit/debit card, or financing options. I used to use Square, but it didn't connect each payment to my customer in my CRM as FieldFuze does. It keeps all payment information neatly organized. Plus, FieldFuze's mobile app is fantastic, especially on the iPhone, with an excellent experience that's better than any other tool I've tried, like Acculynx, Roofr, or JobNimbus. It has all the features I need on the go. Setting up FieldFuze was quick and easy, going live in less than 48 hours, especially with the help from their advisors and QuickBooks integration. I really appreciate their amazing customer support and how they bring every single feature I need into one app, making our office operations so much more efficient. It has been a game-changer for managing our schedules and reducing back-office paperwork.

**What do you dislike about FieldFuze?**

I use both an Android and iPhone. I've found the Android app to be a little less well done than the iPhone app. Nothing major, but the experience is always a bit snappier, smoother, and nicer looking on my iPhone. The sizing is off, and there are sometimes some weird artifacts. It's nothing major, but it just doesn't look as nice as the iPhone app.

**What problems is FieldFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FieldFuze solves professional estimate building, giving me live, accurate pricing without manual updates. It streamlines payments by connecting them to my CRM, making it easy to manage everything in one place.

Field Fuze is amazing for an all in one CRM system with continuous day to day updates from its software partners, all tailored to your company’s needs.

**What do you dislike about FieldFuze?**

What is there not to like! It’s free for the account holder, and the software partners of the app really listen to help you and your business needs for a CRM system.

**What problems is FieldFuze solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Any day to day issue that arises, the software team is right there to help. Field Fuze is really helping our company in terms of growth by offering a very professional app that is very user friendly from the admin side to homeowner end
