## About Field Forge
Field Forge is a field service management platform purpose-built for trade contractors across the UK and Ireland. It brings quoting, job management, purchasing, scheduling, asset management, invoicing, and mobile field operations into one system, with AI built in to speed up estimating and reduce admin. CIS, VAT, Gas Safe compliance, and industry forms are all handled natively rather than bolted on. Rate libraries store standard labour and material pricing for consistent estimating. Invoicing includes payment tracking and aged-debt reporting. The mobile experience is designed for real job sites, so field teams can manage work, complete forms, and update statuses wherever they are. Built by an operations manager from the construction industry, Field Forge is designed around how trade businesses actually run. It serves sole traders and single tradespeople through to companies with 200 staff — plumbers, electricians, gas engineers, and general builders.

**What do you like best about Field Forge?**

Field Forge has taken us off spreadsheets and manual processes onto a fully integrated system. It organises our teams and trades, consolidates all our costing, workflow, billing, and purchase orders in one place. We also brought our asset management over from a third party system, so now everything sits inside our job management system. It's a proper all-in-one solution.

**What do you dislike about Field Forge?**

The AI is only in the quoting side at the moment. I'd like to see a smart assistant in the scheduler helping us optimise our time and work routes. I've seen it on the product update forum as coming soon though, so it looks like it's on the way.

**What problems is Field Forge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's brought everything together that used to be a bit of a mess. Our filing system was chaos and we were running multiple systems for different things. Field Forge has let us reconcile all of that down into one place.
