Ferry builds tip management software for multi-location restaurant operators. Ferry Tip Manager automates the full tip lifecycle: calculation, compliance, and distribution. It connects to POS and time-and-attendance systems, tracks hours by shift and job code, applies each location's tip pooling and tip-out rules, and deposits earnings directly to employees. Every calculation produces an audit-ready record. Ferry is built for restaurant groups operating across multiple states, where tip credit rules, pooling laws, and reporting requirements differ by jurisdiction. Rules are configured per location and enforced automatically, so operators can standardize tip policy across markets without maintaining spreadsheets for each one. Integrations include Toast, Square, Micros, Aloha, and Clover for point of sale, and ADP, Gusto, and 7shifts for payroll and scheduling.
