  ### 1. Seamless Google Integration and Powerful Meeting Notes That Keep Us in Context

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I really enjoy the meeting recordings and notes. They make it quick and easy to find context for my work, and they also help me stay involved in meetings I may not have attended.

The meeting search functionality is intuitive and helps me quickly find what I need. Fellow has greatly improved our organization’s ability to retain context.

The Google integration is seamless and works well in our Google Workspace. The app doesn’t consume many of the resources I need for day-to-day work, even while recording. The inference from meeting recordings has been fantastic and doesn’t seem to make mistakes, if any at all.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

The floating minimized bar often gets in my way on the Mac interface. I’d prefer that, by default, it would sit on the desktop, in the menu bar, or somewhere else while it’s minimized.

On the other hand, when it is minimized, the floating bar can also be hard to locate when I actually need it.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Context management is always a difficult task as an organization grows. Too often, meetings are ad hoc or don’t include everyone who needs the full context.

With Fellow, our teams can share the context of conversations more easily without having to play telephone, using the transcripts and summaries, along with the actual recordings.

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

The way it creates tasks for you following your meetings. I love that I never need to worry about taking notes anymore, and I can just focus on listening and having a productive conversation. The app is fantastic and organises my day, and i love the fact i can search for meeting topics and get a refresher on any conversation that was recorded.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

That the bot has to join the meeting... I wish it didn't take up a whole persons space when on a group call. It doesn't work very well with the Teams UI/UX. I think this could be improved, but it isn't a huge issue.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This solves me missing anything in a meeting, or writing bad notes. It prevents me from not listening to what people are saying when i would normally jot down a note. No longer need to multi-task on meetings, and i feel comfortable about the quality of the notes i get after every call.

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

The support, they are super responsive and in the rare case there is an issue, they always respond with an answer.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

The UI took some time to get used to it, limited metrics outside of higher tiers.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Note taking
I can now focus on the call, pick up on some details I might have missed if I was focusing on writing everything down quickly
2. Call recording
It allows me to go back to the recording in case I need to rewatch the way something was said
3. AI ask fellow feature
Sheesh, what a feature. I use it mostly to execute my shortcuts (predefined prompt that gets executed when called on), but I also use the feature to gain some insights - "what was the real problem for this client?" "When they were talking about plans for 2026, what was the one they liked the most" just any type of question that interests you, the AI tool does a great job.
4. Follow-up
I could bundle this with the AI feature, but I want to highlight it here separately. The amount of time I spend on following up calls is absurd. With fellow, I just type in /follow-up in the chat, and fellow automatically drafts the email, and opens it in G-mail for me?! Insane. Not only that, but it adds the correct emails of the recipients and subject...
5. Task managing
It creates tasks automatically after calls, and assigns it to you. I use the hubspot integration which works great. And after a call, it automatically assigns tasks agreed upon in the call to the correct people. huge!

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

Fellow makes it easy to create structured, collaborative meeting by providing clear agendas, shared notes, action items and follow-ups with reminders. Its AI assistance helps with note-making, summarizing key points and transcribing discussions, allowing participants to stay fully engaged in the meeting. Fellow integrates seamlessly with tool like zoom and microsoft teams, making it suitable for both internal and external meetings.
I especially value how it handles notes in the background so i can focus on the conversation and meeting flow.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

While fellow performs well overall, there is still room for improvement in areas such as customization and integration. Greater flexibility in templates and deeper integrations with other tools would make the platform even more powerful. That said these limitation are relatively minor compared to the value fellow already delivers.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fellow solves the problem of unstructured and ineffective meetings by providing clear agendas, collaborative notes, action items and follow-ups in one place. Its ensures everyone is aligned before, during and after meetings, reducing missed points and unclear next steps. The AI powered summaries and note-taking allow me to stay fully engaged in discussions instead of worrying about documentation. As a result our meetings are more focused, productive and actionable which saves time and improves overall team performance.

I use Fellow.ai to keep meeting notes, agendas, and action items organized in one place. What I like most is that it helps structure meetings better and ensures important discussion points and follow-ups are not missed. The interface is clean and easy to use.

Some advanced features are available only in higher-tier plans, and it can take a little time for new users to fully adopt the meeting workflow.

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I use Fellow to record my virtual meetings, and I love being able to search for meetings. The syncing with my Google Calendar is really helpful, and creating action items from each meeting for attendees makes my workflow smoother. Having access to the AI notes and the transcript is especially helpful. These features help me manage multiple teams by making my communications more efficient and clear. The initial setup was very easy and straightforward.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

I would like to have a daily summary of action items delivered to my email at the end of the day based on that day's meetings. I would also like to be able to name or categorize certain meetings by project and then have action items be categorized as well.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Fellow to organize agendas, manage task lists, and keep up with notes, which was overwhelming before. It helps me efficiently manage multiple teams with crossover tasks, improving my communication clarity.

It’s a Canadian company, which is one of the main reasons I chose it. Beyond that, the feature set is right on point and fits what I was looking for.

**What do you dislike about Fellow?**

It’s hard to tell whether botless recording will happen before a meeting without starting it first.

**What problems is Fellow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it for note-taking for myself and my boss, plus reminders on what I need to do. I also integrate it with Clickup through Claude so I can quickly review the task list and, after a meeting, seamlessly create new tasks for me in Clickup.

**What do you like best about Fellow?**

I have a very good opinion of Fellow's digital communication features and tools because it is the only platform that provides me with automated transcription of all comments shared in my work meetings, facilitating the collection of information and the visualization of all the content of my work meetings.

In addition, I can say that Fellow is a highly functional platform, both in its desktop and mobile versions, facilitating remote work and communication within an accessible, advanced and professional space.

I can't think of any flaws related to Fellow's AI features and tools, my opinion is very positive and favorable due to the performance and digital capabilities of all its virtual communication resources.

Fellow is the platform I currently use to make my virtual work possible, facilitating the collection of information and the transcription of all my work meetings in an automated and efficient way, improving my business productivity and protecting my professional data.

I like using Fellow's digital features because I can hold secure, advanced work meetings where each participant can contribute with total efficiency and business privacy, improving the transmission of information and the documentation of each of our business decisions.

In addition, I can also say that Fellow offers advanced and modern registration that allows you to connect your work accounts to implement all its services in a short time, facilitating the execution of professional and productive work meetings.

I think Fellow is a digital program that has no flaws or negative points in the technical functioning of all its digital communication features, it is secure, reliable and very effective for all types of professional environments.
