Being able to interrogate those transcripts with AI means I can find the exact detail I need without having to trawl through hours of video. For me, the combination of a transcript library and AI search is the standout feature, and while there are some small limitations, the value it adds far outweighs them. Another think to note was the assistance - When I first started using it, I wasn't clear on how to download the transcript. They respond promptly in the app, explaining how to do what I am trying to achieve or helpfully link me to an area that lets me submit suggestions. Being able to send anonymous surveys to gather feedback about meetings or peer reviews is fantastic. The calendar view of your week with the ability to schedule new meetings is beneficial. I know Outlook and Google have built-in functionality, but if I can stay in one application to do everything, I vastly prefer that. The meeting templates are a great jumping-off point if you need ideas on how to structure your various meetings, such as one-on-ones, refinement sessions, skip-levels, or almost any other type of meeting you can imagine. You add that as a template, and then everyone involved with the meeting can work on the agenda beforehand to ensure you maximize your synchronous time. They have automated reminders in case someone forgets, or if it's appropriate for the meeting, you can even set them to auto-cancel if no agenda items are added. Many of their materials discuss leveling up meetings, but I would argue that they focus on leveling up communication. That and their action items make it straightforward to look like a superstar. I haven't had a chance to use their AI tools, but I want every feature they've described, so I look forward to upgrading our account one of these days. Next to Slack, this is my go-to daily app. It drives my calendar and takes only moments to set up. If you're on the fence, the barrier to entry is extremely low, and I think within a week of dedicated use by your team, you'll start to see a more engaged organization. **What do you dislike about Fellow?** Action Items could stand to borrow a few features from apps like To Doist. Being able to sort them by due date with reminders would be very helpful. For some reason, action items created outside of meetings can't have comments on them, and even if you make them inside a meeting, you can't view those comments from the Action Items screen. Getting the full context of an action item often involves multiple clicks. When Fellow Copilot is unsuccessful in joining a meeting numerous times, it would be helpful if the integration were auto-disabled. With that feature you are able to record meetings and send the summary to all invited team members, as well as send it to people who were not invited. Thy pilot also transcript the meeting so that you can jump to the most important parts in a few seconds. Next to that, I love the action items and the way how you can create them within a meeting. I can priotorise them at any time and give them a due date plus, I know in which meeting I created it. Also the feature to join a call directly from fellow is super nice because you don't need to jump to outlook to join the meeting, you can do everything in one tool. The privte notes in a meeting is also very usefull if you want to write something down that is only important for you, e.g. 1:1 meetings that you have. I use the tool every work day and can't image not to have it anymore.
