**What do you like best about Feedom?**

Help optimize the catalog in a quick and efficient way. The integration/implementation process is fast and always guided by the team.

The customer service always provides a quick response and good problem resolution.

**What do you dislike about Feedom?**

Some text optimizations performed by AI still need to be developed, as they produce some results in other languages or that are not very coherent.

**What problems is Feedom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Feedom helped us reduce the time spent manually creating creatives, a task in which the design team used to spend a lot of time and also required constant changes due to price/stock changes.

The platform allows us to create various sets of products that we can use for the promotions and seasonal campaigns we have.

This directly impacted the optimization of the team's time and better implementation of ads.

**What do you like best about Feedom?**

It´s very easy to manage the catalogs and create campaigns with different designs and different product sets according our needs.

The integration and sync with meta is very quickly and the customer service is very efficient and they answer very qickly all our questions.

**What do you dislike about Feedom?**

Some of our catalogue images we create with AI sometimes are incongruent. The AI removes the background for our images but sometimes removes part of the product image.

**What problems is Feedom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The integration with meta is very quicky, we can see all the catalogue problems very easy and create designs and campaings in a short time.
We increase the sales and the visitors in our store.
