What do you like best about FastInsights?

The time it took from converting the voice of customers for our retail clients' business to enable us to take customer-centric decisions in a very short span of time is definitely possible because of this platform called FastInsights.

The Digital Line Review compatibility from the FirstInsight company is by far the best feasible solution for our analytics process requirement. We are able to expand our digital A/B testing & increase visibility on how heavily/importantly we valued our Voice of the Customer in our decision-making.

This was my first ever experience with the First Insight company for me personally.

The analytical functionality is a very powerful platform in itself with its speed and accuracy. The advanced analytical solutions involving Predictive Modeling were very very helpful. The predictions made by the platform were immensely helpful for our quarterly/annual forecast.

We have used the platform majorly across the Customer Experience and Brand experience and have got the voice of the customer in the actionable insights form required for us to take the appropriate actions . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FastInsights?

As a part of the Analytics industry,

We are not just restricted to a few models or statistical analyses. We come across a lot of statistical requirements on daily basis for our verticals. And there is a shortfall in the functionality that is being provided by the platform at the current moment.

Only a handful of the multiple teams that we have across analytics could use the platform in their Analytical projects this is one of the things about restrictive that I dislike about the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FastInsights solving and how is that benefiting you?

Across Corporations, there is a humongous amount of data captured over the past few years, there are terabytes and petabytes of it lying somewhere in the cloud.

Now fastinsight is a machine that is converting data stored/ captured on daily bases to actionable insights to change the course of businesses in a positive direction. Not just converting but also leveraging the data to tell businesses what is good and what is not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
