**What do you like best about Fasthr.AI?**

Its personalized test creation feature is amazing. I can customize the test as per my needs within 2 minutes and more so share it with my candidate pipeline very smoothly. The test evaluations are so quick and comprehensive.

**What do you dislike about Fasthr.AI?**

Nothing. Haven't found any issues so far. The product is working smoothly and I would definitely recommend it to HRs as an assessment tool. It saves a lot of my time and bandwidth.

**What problems is Fasthr.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. High Time to hire- recruiters spend 70% of their time on mundane tasks for sourcing and screening talent.
2. Low Quality of hire- Current objective testing solutions lack the ability to measure a candidate's on-job performance capabilities, based on work experience, behavioural traits, skills and qualitative parameters. 
3. High hire cost- 60% of candidates leak out the pipeline due to long, tedious and boring take-home assessments.
