**What do you like best about Fast Forward TMS?**

The app is easy to use and the Load Offer feature is my favorite. It made it simple to close loads fast and get better deals with drivers. The customer support team was also very helpful during onboarding

**What do you dislike about Fast Forward TMS?**

The app works well overall, but I noticed that some features are still missing. It would be great to have more tools to manage loads. Adding a few more options could make the app even more useful and help save more time during daily operations

**What problems is Fast Forward TMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us manage our dispatching, load tracking, and paperwork all in one place. It saves us a lot of time by reducing manual work and keeping everything organized.

It's really easy to use with a simple, user-friendly design. I especially like the rate negotiation feature, it is my favorite part. Customer support is very friendly and helpful.

Some features are missing in this TMS, but it still works well for our needs.

Fast Forward TMS helps us manage loads, negotiate rates, and handle paperwork in one place. It cuts manual work, reduces errors, and speeds up billing and payments. We get better visibility of loads, faster updates for the team, and overall time and cost savings.
