**What do you like best about faciliCAD?**

from its inception, the tool named- faciliCAD has been useful in managing the database of the facility. A strength that comes from using this tool is that floor plans can be created and connected with facility data, offering a bird’s eye view of our entire area.

**What do you dislike about faciliCAD?**

The flexibility with which such reports can be generated does not seem to be very high.  The reports can prove a bit difficult to manage in a way that can fully suit my requirements.

**What problems is faciliCAD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With faciliCAD, we no longer have to use Excel and written documents as we have a centralized digital database for all our facility information.  This has helped to enhance the quality of the data our team has been receiving and using.

**What do you like best about faciliCAD?**

Through use of faciliCAD, we deemed it a valuable asset in managing our facility space and assets.  With its user friendly interface, the system is easy to use to track room areas, BOMA lease data, and even employee moves.

**What do you dislike about faciliCAD?**

The customization options that these reports offer are a bit limited.  The pre-made templates don’t always fit the right data points and visualizations I want to perform the detailed analysis with it.

**What problems is faciliCAD solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have replaced many of the manual processes involved in facility management with faciliCAD.  It is a central hub for all our space, asset and employee data, so we don’t have to have bunched up spreadsheets and paper records anymore.
