**What do you like best about EzyVisit?**

Cloud-based platfrom which gives the users (hosts / employees) easy access via smart phone or pc , anytime - anywhere.

**What do you dislike about EzyVisit?**

Needs to include a comments section for additional information by the user to the gate when recieving a visitor. Such as: this is a VIP customer, please personally acocmdate to the meeting room.

**What problems is EzyVisit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1)  removing the human error assciated with writing on a pysical book and inability to interpret the handwriting,
2)  ability to digitaly analyze the visitor footfall for trends (which department/person gets the most number of visitor and why, is it required or disturbing their work?)
3) gate user / reception / security guards - do not have any ambiguity of managing visitors 
4) car park allocation & meeting room reservation can also be done using the EzyVisit system
5) pre-booking refreshments for visitors has helped plan ahead for the kitchen/inhouse-restaurent
