**What do you like best about EzChats?**

I've saved much time while also cutting expenses regarding customer support.
I absolutely love all the analytics provided and the ease of integration and use too.
When you begin to use it, you notice how much people like it when a webpage's got a smart chatbot.

**What do you dislike about EzChats?**

The features are limited to the necessary with little extra components, hoping to see more of them in the future!

**What problems is EzChats solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EzChats is enhancing my customer service by automating not only simple FAQs, but also most user interactions.
It is also way cheaper than hiring someone to do that job.
