It's affordable, and fairly understandable to use. The support is horrible though, wish I could speak with an actual human being. Their instructions and videos are hard to understand... I curently do not use any intergrations or to connect to anything else, so not sure how well that works. The software seems to prform well other than you have to figure out the glitch if you have Norton Security. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The lack of human help for customer service is non exsistance, and the help pages are hard to understand. Plus trying to switch to a new computer is scary because the instructions are hard to understand and I'm afraid of loosing valuble information. It would be great if they would offer speaking to someone to walk me through these situations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
