What do you like best about CompuCom?

"Not for small companies"

Describe the project or task CompuCom helped with:

Compucom was our technical support. They assisted with any minor issues like Outlook not connecting or resetting passwords. They also cleaned up a couple of old computers that were running slow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about CompuCom?

The team that was there at the time (2020) was helpful and courteous. Very knowledgeable. We worked a few times with the French brothers. Awesome team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CompuCom?

Compucom raised their prices almost triple in 2020. It seemed like they were trying to get rid of all the small companies they were supporting. The French brothers were the most knowledgeable. Compucom had a high turnover in staff. If the French brothers were not there, our tech support tickets would stay open for days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
