The price is very reasonaible an the support is top notch **What do you dislike about EyeOTmonitor?** Would like better mapping capabilites, am told that will be coming in a future release **What problems is EyeOTmonitor solving and how is that benefiting you?** The dashboard allows real time KPI on the overall system health and alarm triggers when a device is off-line. ### 2. I also like there topological and geographical maps which helped us to monitor our customers devices ecosystem properly to monitor any error. **What do you dislike about EyeOTmonitor?** There geo maps not looks good. As everyone has addicted to Google maps so UI EyeOTmonitor UI of geomaps looks dull. Also I dislike process of installing agents on customer networks. **What problems is EyeOTmonitor solving and how is that benefiting you?** EyeOTmonitor solving very important problem of managing ecosystem of IOT devices and monitoring their health as well as resolve any issue in remote IOT devices through EyeOTmonitor system. We help our customers to set up smart home and smart city areas. We have variety of IOT devices and softwares to manage physical world devices with computers. So to manage whole ecosystem of our customers we need centralized software which can integrate with every IOT devices and manage them remotely with them agents.
