They used to be reliable. They used to be reliable.

**What do you dislike about Express Scripts (MEDCO)?**

Lost my prescription orders twice in 2021 and did not fulfill as promised.

**What problems is Express Scripts (MEDCO) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They do not follow up she there is a problem with orders. If an order does not arrive, it was up to me to call and investigate.
