**What do you like best about Experify?**

I use Experify to automatically answer my customers' questions and identify urgent issues. I appreciate that I no longer have to assign a human to manage customer inquiries because Experify handles it all. It effectively detects gaps in my documentation and alerts me in case of an actual emergency, saving me from sifting through hundreds of messages. I like the human handoff feature because it knows when to involve a human if the AI can't answer something. The initial setup was incredibly quick, taking literally just 5 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Experify?**

It could be integrated with more systems I guess.

**What problems is Experify solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Experify to automatically answer customer questions, detect documentation gaps, and spot emergencies without sifting through messages. It efficiently hands off to humans when necessary.
