**What do you like best about Expedify?**

What I like most about Expedify is how it simplifies complex processes and keeps everything organized in one place. The platform makes it easy to manage workflows, track progress, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Its intuitive interface reduces the time spent navigating different tools, allowing our team to stay focused on the work that actually matters. Overall, it helps improve efficiency, visibility, and collaboration across projects.

**What do you dislike about Expedify?**

One thing that could be improved with Expedify is the level of customization and flexibility in certain features. At times, some workflows or fields feel a bit rigid, which can make it harder to tailor the platform exactly to the way our team operates. Additionally, a few processes require extra steps that could be streamlined to make navigation and task management even more efficient.
