**What do you like best about Pulse?**

Pulse has been a great addition to my daily work flow.  It has freed up so much of my time quoting projects, and had made it easier to track loads and communicate with my carriers.  The customer support is top notch, if I have a feature request or a question, it gets addressed immediately.  Kurtis and his team have been great to work with.  I was able to jump in and start utilizing the system right away after getting on boarded.  My carriers for the most part, are comforatble using it, with the exception of some old school guys stuck in their ways, but they are making the effort.  I use Pulse every day and will continue to do so.

**What do you dislike about Pulse?**

The only negative thing I have to say is that it can be tough to pull addresses every so often but thats rectified by being able to manually add addresses that don't initially populate.

**What problems is Pulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time saving is the biggest - I have many other job duties other than lining up freight.  Its provided me the oppurtunity to be more productive in other job duties while still keeping my logistical duties up to par.

**What do you like best about Pulse?**

Bringing all my shippers into one coheasive and easy to use platform has allowed my team to win more deals. The system was easy to implement and the team at Pulse has supported me throughout the process. Pulse continues to add new features on a regular basis that are super useful for my sales team, who are in an out of the system every hour. Do yourself a favor, and consider Pulse for your shipping needs.

The system is great, and the team at Pulse is willing to correct any issues you find, or help improve the system to adapt to your business.

**What problems is Pulse solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulse brings all my shippers into one easy to use system. It streamlines communication and helps my sales team win deals more frequent and fater.
