**What do you like best about ExcellentWebCheck?**

Website accessibility feature is amazing, specially with the people with special needs, it is important to design a web page in a way that they can access it without any problems, but thanks to Accessibility monitoring platform it has been lot easier to manage such user requirements.

**What do you dislike about ExcellentWebCheck?**

The mobile friendly features can be made more easier for a better customer experience as more and more people access such links using their mobiles or handheld devices.

**What problems is ExcellentWebCheck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem was to make the end user experience better and it had been challenging in our organization, however the key tools provided by the product specially the accessibility checker have helped us a lot. Though the mobile friendly part can be improved, but it serves the purpose for now. And the site audit feature is a plus as well and can help us improve our customer experience.
