Exabloom has helped us automate the daily grunt work, freeing up time for more impactful work that moves the needle.
Some other pros:
1) Implementation is fast - we were up and running within a week
2) Ease of use - post-implementation, the Exabloom team takes care of change management as well. they took time to physically visit our outlets to train our staff, ensuring that they knew how to use the software effectively
3) Customer support is attentive - the founding team has its ears on the ground
4) Ease of integration - easily integrates with any website and social media channels (including WhatsApp, FB, IG)

Given that it is a new startup, there are some features that are not available yet. However, the founding team is very receptive to feedback and ideas from their customers.
