**What do you like best about EVS7?**

My sales team has found Parrot dialer helpful which is a feature of EVS7.  Due to changes made by allowing agents to dial up to 5 lines we have observed a marked increase in the outbound call traffic.

**What do you dislike about EVS7?**

With EVS7, it might be a bit cumbersome to amend the reports to meet my requirement hence difficult to identify most important indicators of performance that are relevant for sales strategies.

**What problems is EVS7 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EVS7 has been of significant assistance to the sales team by automating dialing and making outbound calls more efficient.  The cloud based structure provides versatility within the platform, and does not require the backing of complex IT structures.

It was pretty easy to use Once I was taught. It does need room for improvement

**What do you dislike about EVS7?**

Nearly everything! I disliked parrot dialer bc of the almost constant need to reestablish a login

**Recommendations to others considering EVS7:**

I Would suggest improvement on support and the login issues!

**What problems is EVS7 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had to be reassigned a new login almost every shift
