A company is defined by it's leadership that is reflected by the staff they hire to accomplish stated goals. The goals of Everlaw have had an historical affect in the legal industry that will be progressively recognized and this is what I like best about Everlaw. This company is where technology is benefitting users because the goal is to use technology to bring about the efficient use of stored knowledge of industry experts. Because Everlaw is groundbreaking in what it allows users to accomplish, it is important to carefully consider whether certain actions should be taken. This is not a flaw of Everlaw itself, but it is a caveat that should be kept in mind when working with such a powerful tool. Everlaw is one of the most deceptive pieces of advanced software I have had the pleasure to work with. This is meant to be a positive statement of fact in this regard; while being able to be quickly deployed, fairly easy to learn, very powerful, yet cost effective, the learning curve can be equally as steep as one wishes to delve. The interface is user friendly in the sense that is simple to view assigned documents without having to scroll or excessively scroll to encounter your assigned documents/batch Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love Everlaw’s easy-to-use user interface and its comprehensive end-to-end functionality, which makes complex electronic discovery tasks manageable. The platform’s cloud-based nature significantly simplifies the implementation process, requiring minimal effort on my part, while the excellent training provided by Everlaw makes onboarding seamless. Everlaw excels in efficiency for eDiscovery, enhancing my workflow with its advanced tools like deep dive analyses and the AI drafting tool, which are invaluable for our attorneys. The software’s scalability is impressive, handling large cases with ease, and its features, such as generative AI and predictive coding, are particularly helpful. I also find the Storybuilder feature a valuable addition. Everlaw has enormously helped us in producing a vast amount of documents within tight deadlines, and their partnership approach is something I truly appreciate. I like how user friendly and feature rich the platform is for admins and reviewers. Attorney reviewers we work with really enjoy the platform and find it easy to navigate and promotes efficient review. Customer support is always quick to answer questions and always seem to be available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside I have really encoutered is that Relativity users are usually not likely to have heard about the platform and are reluctant to try it. Also there are not as many third-party vendors supporting the platform if we needed extra project management or contract reviewer help. Everlaw gives me the perfect amount of control over most all aspects of the database. I can set up specific review windows, document list layouts, codes, coding panels and more.

What's more is the users themselves also have control over personalizing their experience with coding presets and views gives everyone the oppurtinity to maximize their reviewing capblities.

The never-ending improvements, upgrades and additions based off of user input lets me know that Everlaw takes product feedback seriously and are constantly working to make their platform stand out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having to add users by email everytime rather than having a bank of users to choose from, sometimes there are UI changes that I'm not a fan of and sometimes those changes cause certain aspects to not display correctly. No complaints about the perfomance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For solo practitioners and small firms, Everlaw offers pricing and options that make onboarding smoother and let you scale up gradually as your caseload and storage needs grow. That flexibility makes a real difference when you’re budgeting and allocating resources for training and day-to-day use, especially if litigation and eDiscovery are only one part of your overall practice. Sales responsiveness can sometimes take a while, so it helps to plan ahead if you think you may need additional options or features that require an agreement update, or any other changes that involve multiple approvals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find Everlaw to be fairly easy to use, which makes it efficient to work through and obtain the correct outputs. The ease of use is a significant benefit, simplifying the process of managing large scale email productions effectively. I also appreciate the seamless integration with Microsoft Excel, which allows me to keep track of datasets and metadata accurately. The initial setup of Everlaw was very easy, contributing to a smoother onboarding experience, and I am confident in recommending it to others, as reflected by my perfect score of 10 on the likelihood to recommend scale. As someone who has used other eDiscovery platforms, Everlaw has been the most user friendly! The fact that we can upload, review and produce documents using one application has made my job duties so much easier.

The Everlaw team set aside several hours for training so the transition to their platform was seamless. Whenever I need clarification, or assistance with doing something new, I have been able to call Everlaw Customer Service. There has never been a long wait time, they remote in, and my questions are always answered quickly, with a complete explanation from the team.
