## About Eventscript
Eventscript is event management software designed to support planners from initial client dialogue through live event execution. The platform brings together planning, coordination, and operational tools in a single system, helping teams manage event details without relying on disconnected spreadsheets or documents. Users can create and manage event timelines, assign tasks, and collaborate across teams using shared scripts and real-time updates. A built-in room designer allows planners to create floor plans and seating arrangements, while guest management tools support guest lists, seating, and on-site check-in. Eventscript also includes tools for managing proposals and offers, enabling users to create reusable templates, define services, and convert accepted offers into structured event plans. Financial overviews provide visibility into event revenue and performance across venues and events. The platform is used by independent planners, teams, and venues that need a structured way to plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish.

**What do you like best about Eventscript?**

The overall level of visibility it provides, along with the ongoing improvements driven by current feedback, has been immensely helpful to our workflow.

**What do you dislike about Eventscript?**

Eventscript still feels a bit early-stage, which means some features are missing. For example, proper mobile support (or an app) isn’t fully there yet, and there are a few smaller UI issues. The floor planner tool also still lacks certain options, such as the ability to include certain shapes and further modify rooms. That said, most of this is minor and seems to be coming.

**What problems is Eventscript solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Communication between departments and, more broadly, sharing information in a proper, structured way is definitely the most pressing thing Eventscript has solved for us.
