**What do you like best about Evateck?**

The team is responsive, organized, and easy to work with. They started with us on after-hours track-and-trace and recently scaled to 24/7 coverage — both transitions went smoothly. Maxym and his team are quick to ask the right questions, follow SOPs, and flag issues proactively rather than letting things slip.

**What do you dislike about Evateck?**

Nothing significant. There was a brief ramp-up period when we moved to 24/7 where workflows needed minor tweaks, but that's expected with any expansion and they worked through it quickly with us.

**Recommendations to others considering Evateck:**

Evateck handles out tracking needs end-to-end, and now with 24/7 in place, our customers get consistent updates regardless of time of day. It's freed up our internal ops team to focus on exceptions and higher-value work.

**What problems is Evateck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed shipment tracking coverage outside of standard business hours without hiring and managing an in-house night team.

**What do you like best about Evateck?**

Extremely high level of professionalism. They helped us create a customer support strategy from the ground up.

**What do you dislike about Evateck?**

Not a downside, but a sligh inconvenience that they were not familiar with the Wix Answers platform that we were using before they joined us.

**Recommendations to others considering Evateck:**

Evateck is a highly professional group of talented individuals. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an extra helping hand.

**What problems is Evateck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Evateck has taken over a number of functions for Leowix. They handle all incoming leads and qualify them. Evateck also provides a traditional customer support services for our subscription customers. Finally, Evateck helps upsell our services to past and existing clients.

The guys are very responsive, quick to resolve any issues and and the managers who communicate with customers are quality in getting into the topic.

Everything was great! I can wish the guys more expertise in specific areas of business.

I can recommend Evatek to those who want to solve the same problems: optimize costs and get a high level of customer support.

We didn't want to maintain a full staff in the customer support department and at the same time we wanted a quality level of it.

**What do you like best about Evateck?**

The Evateck team is extremely easy to work with. We never got a "no" to any of our requests.

**What do you dislike about Evateck?**

We would like direct access to the helpdesk tools that Evateck is using. Currently their procedures don't allow this.

**Recommendations to others considering Evateck:**

I highly recommend Evateck for your customer support needs. They are extremely knowledgeable and always go above and beyond.

**What problems is Evateck solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Evateck handles all communications with our recurring clients. We work on a subscription based model and provide 24/7 support through Evateck for clients in the US, Canada, the UK, and Australia.
