**What do you like best about Euphoria Telecom?**

You can have the app on your phone and your laptop, Quality calling, Call recordings and easy to pull stats.

**What do you dislike about Euphoria Telecom?**

They need to improve they way one can pull reports on calls and make it easy and userfriendly.

**What problems is Euphoria Telecom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it solves problems in terms of making it easy for the team to communicate with my drivers without any interuptions and network issues.

The dashboard and reporting tools are easy to use and customer support is prompt.

**What do you dislike about Euphoria Telecom?**

Additional costs for integrating with Teams and also to use their app, which adds up quickly when you have lots of users.

**What problems is Euphoria Telecom solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moving from Telkom to Euphoria provided us with a cost saving and also a more reliable phone line as Telkom's cables would often get stolen and we would be without a working phone line for days at a time.
