The company is not very transparent about their pricing

You should also ask the company about their pricing, onboarding process, training program, and support system. They help businesses of all sizes get the most out of their marketing technology by providing consulting, training, and implementation services.

**What do you like best about Etumos?**

They are the most knowledgeable marketing technology consultancy I've ever worked with. What's more, everyone I've interacted with from Etumos is a genuinely kind, thoughtful, and collaborative human who I wish I could work with more often/regularly.

**What do you dislike about Etumos?**

Honestly, not a thing. I wish I had budget to keep them on retainer full time as a sounding board and partner-in-innovating.

**What problems is Etumos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Etumos helped us deploy a new Marketo Engage instance, as well as architect our attribution framework using Marketo Measure (pka Bizible). This included setting up foundational programs, such as lead scoring and lifecycle management campaigns, but also several complex data management engines to do things like manage opt-in consent, normalize data, and track lead source more granularly. Having gone through this exercise multiple times in the past, I knew the level of work Etumos delivered would take a single FTE at least a year to manage - and they did it all in less than 3 months. This is only possible because they employ the best minds in marketing and revenue operations across all industries.

**What do you like best about Etumos?**

The deep technical and process knowledge. They truly come in and quickly understand our business and what we need to get done and get right to work with us.

**What do you dislike about Etumos?**

The day our engagement ends. They become part of the team and a resource we miss once they roll off after an engagement.

**What problems is Etumos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've worked with Etumos at multiple organizations I've been a part of. They have been the key to unlocking urgent and vital work to get done quickly and with excellence. They have helped me and my teams build advance prospect lifecycles.

**Describe the project or task Etumos helped with:**

They implemented an excellent webinar Marketo worflow structure for our company. It has been error-free since I took over the account from our vendor. They also fixed up our landing page template to be more modern; conversions have increased on forms as a result.

**What do you like best about Etumos?**

They found the time to meet with me weekly. Etumos has a best practice framework in place. The staff is amiable and answer questions without gatekeeping knowledge sharing. They do ongoing webinars to stay up to date with the Marketo tool.

**What do you dislike about Etumos?**

Staff felt overworked with customers at times which led to slower response times. They did always get back to me, though, when bandwidth allowed. Few minor mistakes in coding that they went back and fixed without hesitation.

**What problems is Etumos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They solved our lack of in-house HTML development skills for Marketo landing pages.
