What do you like best about eTrusted?

- At the beginning of the relationship, a Customer Support member from eTrusted reviews your website to ensure everything is fine and provides you with solutions.

- It's an added security for the client

- Easy implementation/integration

- Easy to use

- Customizable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eTrusted?

- After the first contact, no one gets in touch with you even if the results (number of reviews per month) are not good. There is no account follow-up, and I think it is vital for this type of service.

- If you decide to cut ties because the results are not good, they still force you to continue with the signed contract (annual) without offering any solution/improvement. Additionally, we got a Key Account Manager who leaves much to be desired and treated us quite poorly.

- It is too invasive for the customer, as popups keep appearing at the end of the purchase and they send an email directly to the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that eTrusted works in the background and it is very low-maintenance for the user, making this product very user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eTrusted?

I have yet to find something undesirable about eTrusted, because they work perfect for what i need and havent disappointed me in any way to date! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
