**What do you like best about eAuction?**

I have been using eAuction since quite a long time for negotiating with suppliers, since last 1 year I am using eSupplier reverse auction platform, and I am quite statisfied in terms of engagement results with Suppliers. They have various reverse auction to slelect from.

Currently I am using independent auction templates directly, but one can conduct an RFQ/RFP first and them move all data to eAuction with ease.   Finally Ease of IMplementation & Excellent Customer Support

**What do you dislike about eAuction?**

A dedicated account manager would be a great offering.

**What problems is eAuction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There are several advantages using eSupplier Platform, first Negotiation via reverse eAuction allows us to cut down negotiation time cycle, secondly eAuction are easy method to discover competative price discovery as multiple suppliers participate.

easy to navigate the site. wish more companies were on the same site like some other supplier portals.

**What do you dislike about eAuction?**

There is a lot of wasted content on here, like they are just trying to fill up space.

**What problems is eAuction solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes one nice portal for a supplier that we are very connected with. keeps everything organized.
