Great Hosting Partner for Epicor ERP 10.2.xx **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Business Supplies and Equipment | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 22, 2020 **Describe the project or task EstesGroup helped with:** We currently use EstesGroup for our Epicor 10 ERP hosting as well as hosting our B2B Website. Both instances have been virtually seamless for us and support has been wonderful to work with. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a very good, very stable and easy to work with hosting company. **What do you like best about EstesGroup?** Daryl and Jeremy both do a great job at jumping on the call immediately and getting our issue solved. When we do have an issue, we are kept in the loop and communications are always very good. I like that the backups are done so that if anything goes wrong we may lose only minutes if anything. **What do you dislike about EstesGroup?** Nothing really. They have been very responsive to all our needs. **Recommendations to others considering EstesGroup:** Very easy to setup, use and support the Epicor ERP system and for our website. We currently use Epicor ERP 10.2.300 and they have done several version updates for us with no issues. When we started, we simply exported our database from our current host and sent it to EstesGroup, they installed all the software, licensed it with our license information and uploaded the database. We were able to test in a day and did a revision bump at the same time with no issues. Our users are able to reset passwords themselves and we use SSO sign on so very easy with no hard client on the desktops. **What problems is EstesGroup solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were hosted with another company before and I spent more time on the phone and email asking for support then I did working, with EstesGroup, we have almost no issues and when we do, they are handled immediately, painlessly and best of all we are kept informed with what is going on.
