Esper Review FEB2025 **Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Joy A. | Policy Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2025 **What do you like best about Esper?** Esper is an exceptionally useful tool to collaborate on developing policies, procedures, and / or in developing other documents needing input from multiple departments / offices. **What do you dislike about Esper?** Although Esper uses a Word type of program for producing written documents, it does not have the same spelling, grammar, mechanics/structure foundation to recommend corrections and/or identify errors. **What problems is Esper solving and how is that benefiting you?** Esper has become a repository for our updated policies and procedures because it is a much simpler tool to develop policies, procedures, etc. and carry these documents through from draft all the way through the approval and edits process to publication. ### 2. This allowed for a complete and final policy to be delivered in a consumable digital and, much to my chagrin, printed format if required. **What do you dislike about Esper?** Esper was initiallly hard to acquire for the Commonwealth. This is largely no fault of Esper, but the legacy acquisition methods of state governments. **Recommendations to others considering Esper:** Strongly recommend Maleka and the Esper team.
