Esper has become a repository for our updated policies and procedures because it is a much simpler tool to develop policies, procedures, etc. and carry these documents through from draft all the way through the approval and edits process to publication. By taking a wholestic approach to policies and understanding the capabilities within Esper, we were quick to realize that the Esper platform met our current requirements and offered so many desired elements related to workflows, security, collaboration and search. What do you dislike about Esper? Esper was initiallly hard to acquire for the Commonwealth. This is largely no fault of Esper, but the legacy acquisition methods of state governments.
